These Terms govern your use of the NumroCheck website and services provided on WhatsApp by TODO Legal Business Name. By using our services you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

NumroCheck provides numerology readings, reports and guidance based on the details you share, such as your mobile number, name and date of birth. Services are digital and delivered through WhatsApp. Descriptions and prices are listed on our Services & Pricing page.

2. Nature of readings

  • Readings are provided for guidance, self-reflection and entertainment purposes.
  • They are not financial, medical, legal, psychological or professional advice. Consult a qualified professional for such matters.
  • We do not guarantee any specific result, outcome or change in circumstances.
  • Readings are generated with the help of AI tools and reviewed processes, and may not be error-free.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law to purchase our services.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate details. Readings depend on the information you share.
  • Never share passwords, PINs, OTPs or bank login details with us. We will never ask for them.
  • Do not misuse the service, send abusive content or attempt to disrupt our systems.

5. Payments

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. A service is unlocked only after the payment is confirmed by the payment gateway.

6. Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. VIP package

The 5-Day VIP package gives access to guidance on WhatsApp for five days from the time of successful payment. Unused time does not carry forward.

8. Intellectual property

All content, reports, branding and the NumroCheck name and logo belong to TODO Legal Business Name. Reports are for your personal use only.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for decisions you make based on a reading, or for delays caused by WhatsApp, payment gateways or other third-party services.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Panipat, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
