This Privacy Policy explains how TODO Legal Business Name ("NumroCheck", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you use our website and our services on WhatsApp. We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under it.

1. Data we collect

  • Your WhatsApp phone number and profile name, when you message us.
  • Information you share for a reading: mobile number, full name and date of birth.
  • Your messages and voice notes in the chat, and the replies we send.
  • Your language preference and which services you have used or purchased.
  • Payment status and transaction references from Razorpay. We do not receive or store card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
  • Basic technical data when you visit this website, such as browser type and pages viewed.

2. How we use your data

  • To generate and deliver your numerology readings and reports.
  • To process payments and unlock the services you purchase.
  • To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
  • To send service messages and, where you have opted in, occasional offers on WhatsApp. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
  • To improve our services, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

3. Service providers we share data with

We share only the data needed to provide the service, with providers bound by confidentiality and data protection terms:

  • Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform) and our WhatsApp solution provider, to send and receive messages.
  • Google (Gemini API), to generate the text of readings.
  • Sarvam AI, to transcribe voice notes and generate voice replies.
  • Razorpay, to process payments.
  • Our cloud hosting provider, to store data securely.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data retention

We keep chat and order records for as long as needed to provide the service and handle support, and for the period required by tax and accounting laws. You can ask us to delete your data, subject to these legal requirements.

5. Security

Data is stored on secured servers with access limited to authorised personnel. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.

6. Your rights

  • Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct or update inaccurate data.
  • Withdraw consent and request deletion of your data.
  • Raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer.

7. Children

Our services are intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
